The accommodation was brilliant and basic located not far from the center of Puerto del Carmen, numerous shops and restaurants within 100 yards of the complex, and the two main beaches, that's what I was expecting.

The accommodation was fantastic and excellent really close to the bars/restaurants of the' strip' as well as many decent bars and restaurants. Very pleasant and immensely pleasant staff ensured a relaxing stay of the night & day. It had comfortable bedroom with hypoallergenic pillows.

The breakfast I got was incredible at reasonable prices and the staff was accommodating and outstandingly accommodating.

My apartment was basic adjacent to shops & restaurants. I chose this accommodation for reasonable prices.

This fantastic and basic apartment had everything for a very nice stay at these apartments 4th visit. The breakfast was incredible at reasonable prices and the staff was extremely polite. The setting was fab.

The accommodation was basic, neat rooms. Helpfulness of the staff. Fab setting really close to bars, restuarants, super markets close by and bus stop 1minute walk from the apartments, restaurants, bars and shops and the shop.

Fantastic and fairly clean apartment, everything was in order. Staff were outstandingly friendly and excellent, had a really lovely stay at these apartments 4th visit. It was located in a fantastic area in an area that's quiet as well.

As for the positive aspects, I will say that the location of the hotel was decent. It was conveniently close to the main street, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. However, this was overshadowed by the noise. Even though the hotel was supposedly quiet at night, I could still hear noise from the street, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The size of the apartment was also satisfactory, with ample storage space.

I had high hopes for this place based on the positive reviews, but my experience was far from enjoyable. The management and staff were absolutely terrible.

Rooms were spotless with WiFi and built in wardrobe, hypoallergenic pillows. It was in a marvellous and lovely place.

The apartment was clean and the staff was efficient and best on reception desk. It was fab and easy where to visit in the area. We used wake-up service when needed, and loved 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was really comfortable. The staff was accommodating and amicable. Its very central location was convenient to Gran Casino de Lanzarote.

I must say, the 2-star Apartamentos La Penita exceeded my expectations! The facilities were top-notch and the rooms were spotlessly clean, definitely deserving of a higher rating. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Adelina who went above and beyond to assist us during a stressful situation with lost passports. A big shoutout to her! I had a lovely holiday and would definitely return to this complex.

Now, if I had to mention one thing that could have been better, it would be the hotel breakfast. While everything else was fantastic, I felt that the breakfast options could have been more diverse and appealing.

From start to finish - a fairly nice experience at these apartments 4th visit. Unbeatable and fab setting, near to shops, and the beach bars and restaurants. Btw, located in the centre of town.
